You said it, Grant. BC's just getting used to the losing feeling that they'll be experiencing again when Toronto beats them at the Grey Cup!
I tells ya, folks: There's nothing like Autumn in the Centre of the Universe! The temperature's going up to 27C today. It's like summer in Winnipeg! The Argos are kicking ass and the Koop is making his annual stealthy creep up the standings in the pool. Look out!!

D'OH!! The suicide week vote is dead-locked! The only two people who ever post have voted and now we're stuck...
Grant, at least we can agree on the Argos.
Oh yeah, and I'll be looking for you at Grey Cup in 2007, Grant. I'll be in Section 208, Row 6, Seat 4. It will be nice to see the Argos win their 4th Grey Cup in a row, in their own house! I'm already counting how many more sleeps. (782, by the way.)

This is partially correct Greg. Hoarding the 4 pointers 'til the end is a time-honoured Klassen tradition. Using a suicide 4 pointer is somewhat different though. In a suicide week you can gain as many as 17 points but lose as many as 16 as well. Each game correct is 4 points and each incorrect pick is minus 4 points. You have 4 point weeks remaining so you can still use these as regular 4 point weeks(no minuses for incorrect picks).
This option of suicide weeks for the last three weeks is just that, an option. So far its one-all in the voting, so make yours count if you have an opinion.

Okay, so we have one vote against suicide weeks, one vote for suicide weeks, and one vote for a "last week only" suicide week.

Actually El Presidente, I believe that Grant cast his vote with his offspring for a last-week-only suicide week. I could go for that... I could use any help I can get! But let's face it, the chances of me winning this pool this year is about as likely as Winnipeg getting a blizzard in the beginning of October... whoa! Maybe there is hope for the Koop.
By the way, while you Manitobans were clearing the snow off the windshields of your ski-doos this morning, I was slipping on a pair of shorts and some sandals for a nice walk here in the Centre of the Universe. Just another 27 degree Celcius day here in the city that you all love to hate!

Alright Poolies....looks like we're leaning towards a last-week, last-ditch, "pathetic loser trying to turn around his season" suicide week. Only one? Last week of the season?
